Before building ZTW, he spent over seven years flipping houses — learning firsthand what separates a property that merely sells from one that truly transforms lives.
With a background as a continuous improvement engineer, he brings a structured, process-driven mindset to every project — eliminating inefficiencies, holding clear checkpoints, and communicating transparently at every step. It's not just construction; it's a system built around your peace of mind.
